Local Artists & Makers

One of our primary goals when we opened Vase & Vessel was to be a shop for our community, where people who appreciate locally-made, handcrafted, and one-of-a-kind pieces can support local Chicago artists and makers who create them. In furtherance of that mission, we carry the works of various local ceramicists, woodworkers, photographers, candlemakers, and other artisans and makers.

EMERGING ARTISTS

In additional to our regular artists in store, Vase & Vessel also showcases the work of emerging artists in Chicago. Our Emerging Artists Program is designed for artists who have been working in their medium for less than two years and want to explore the possibility of selling their work in a retail store.
